Overdrive’s battle ropes are a made using premium braided construction and housed in a nylon sleeve for lasting durability and protection. The heat shrink cap handles are ribbed for improved grip and prevents the handles from slipping, while the extra added sleeve at the anchor contact point gives another layer of protection. To use the battle ropes, simply wrap them around something stable like a vertical post and you have a simple, yet effective set up for conditioning the body. Battle ropes are a great tool to add variety to your conditioning training and can instantly add another dimension to your workouts. Like our classic kettlebells, they can help build muscular endurance, burn calories, develop extreme core strength and give you an intense full body workout.
