The Overdrive 3 in 1 Wooden Hex Grip Plyo Box is another excellent conditioning tool to help build explosive power, muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. The plyometric box can be positioned in 3 different working heights to suit your desired difficulty and fitness level. Simply rotate the box and you can quickly change the heights between 20inch (50.8cm), 24inch (60.96cm) and 30inch (76.2cm).

The plyo box features trimmed corners, handle slots for easy transportation and an added layer of hexagonal PVC for better grip. There is also a reinforced internal brace to ensure the box does not collapse allowing for a large capacity of 180kg. Constructed from heavy-duty 17.5mm plywood, this may be the last plyometric box you'll ever need. You can now easily perform box jumps, step ups and dips etc during your workouts and take advantage of the results you can achieve with plyometric exercises.
