The Abrams bench main frame is built using robust 50x70mm 3mm thick tubing with a combination of 4-5mm steel used throughout the benches brackets and support. At 38.5kg, this beefy weight bench can withstand loads up to 450kg without feeling too light or heavy. Finished in a durable black powder coat, the bench padding measures 130cm in length when flat and is constructed with a thick 6cm padding with textured grippy vinyl for maximum support.

Great features include the knurled handle at the front which lets you easily reposition the weight bench each workout session and an added vertical rubber stand at the back allows the bench to be stored upright for compact storing after your workouts.
